General Instructions:-

  1. It is mandatory to fill all the fields marked ( * ) in red.In case a field is not applicable to you please mention NA (Not Applicable).

  2. An incomplete registration form will be automatically rejected.

  3. After completing the form, click on 'Submit' button you will receive an acknowledgement receipt with your USER ID & PASSWORD and you will also receive an SMS on your registered mobile.

  4. You are requested to take a printout of the Acknowledgement Receipt as well as the duly filled Form and you are required to retain it for further admission procedures.

  5. If the payment has failed you can login with received USER ID and PASSWORD and pay the amount directly from the home page without submitting a new application form.

  6. The present address must be correct for sending the call letter of admission.
